What do you guys think about this article? I dont actually agree with this as the assumption taken is too simplistic in nature because the more insulin release ia better for muscle growth when eaten with protein. What make it bad is eating too much of it and causing the glucose to be stored as fat.
Is this some kind of propaganda by sugar drinks company to justify their products?
