correction : for people who sleep early? like 10pm gym until 12am,2am sleeping time...should they eat after gym?or just take protein shake will be fine?

You need to eat. If you don't eat, you cannot recover and built your muscle faster.

Example: After workout, directly consume whey protein. Half an hour later, eat rice and chicken/beef. Before sleep, take protein shake + 2 tbsp peanut butter.

Calories over quantities. If you consume enough calories throughout the day, then its okay.
