Hi, I plan to start gym to shake off some fats. Due to time constraint , i can only do it straight after work. My concern is , can i gym with empty stomach ? Anyone with similar situation, what do you eat/drinks ? I have gastric problem.

Hi Your gym must be near !. 1 hr lunch , enough to gym ? Travel to gym 15-20mins, gym 30 mins , travel back to work another 20min ? hmm eat at work ... means i must tarpau to factory... at eat at pantry Wow admire your dedication !
