instead of swallowing big bottle of whey, i drink it bit by bit during the 30-60 seconds break between set. Is it counter productive?

Hye I'm trying to hit my macros daily using myfitnespal.

I noticed that this app has a lot variation in terms of macro n calories of certain food..

I find it diff sometimes to key in chicken breast , then chicken thigh, chicken leg because of protein variation..

I read online that 500g of chicken regardless of any part gives estimate 150g protein and 100g of fish in general gives 23g protein..

Is there a better way of estimating proteins in chicken n fish ..?

Hi,
I plan to start gym to shake off some fats. Due to time constraint  , i can only do it straight after work.
My concern is , can i gym with empty stomach ? Anyone with similar situation, what do you eat/drinks  ?
I have gastric problem.

So.... just take a scoop of whey with a large banana/white bread/rice cakes and wait half hour and you're ready to workout.

Do you know where to buy rice cakes? I've went to several groceries like village grocer, jaya and other than that but cannot find them
