I felt like cheating when I was waiting for my muscle to recover as I skipped the sessions sad.gif
Originally I wanted to come everyday, and when I first worked out, I found out that I couldn't possibly do that.
So I'm expecting 3 days/week, also cannot. sigh

Thanks man. I have another Q though.
The protein consumption of 150g of protein is for everyday is it?
*
yup, 150g per day!! sound alot for u? lol, actually one chicken breast around 40g protein, so do ur own math. for protein content u just google the food.

i feel u too if i skipped the session, but this is the progress, u can't keep ur body stress and torn the muscles all the times. as ppl said muscles built 20% at gym, 80% at kitchen + rest...

Then when I did my biceps, I cant straighten my arm for whole week. Very difficult to drive, and doing work so I thought if I cant move, for sure wont be able to lift any weight sad.gif

just heard it from my fren..there's some powder/injection that let's you gain muscle faster compared with normal protein shake. and if u didn't workout when u consume it, it's gonna make you real fat

uhh if so what type of food? i do eat quite a lot of meat (rice also quite a lot) and very little veges as i hate it..
*
the injection not protein, it is steroid/testosterone which is prohibited to discuss here. it can make u look like this

Again same question putting to u, do u know why you need to cheat?

Pro & Con: it can be double edged sword. As for myself, there are no CONS at all. I'm cooking a Penang White Curry now while waiting for my McD Prosperity Burger 😊

can we take 6 scoops on whey protein a day? 1 scoop = 24g
is it over? btw bodyweight 72kg. thanks
he is a vegetarian
*
YES. take 20 scoop also ok. still if extra protein will make u fat. watch the calories intake

just to be clear: High protein diets do not cause kidney damage.

The origin: Back in 1983, researchers first discovered that eating more protein increases your “glomerular filtration rate,” or GFR. Think of GFR as the amount of blood your kidneys are filtering per minute. From this finding, many scientists made the leap that a higher GFR places your kidneys under greater stress.

What science really shows: Nearly 2 decades ago, Dutch researchers found that while a protein-rich meal did boost GFR, it didn’t have an adverse effect on overall kidney function. In fact, there’s zero published research showing that downing hefty amounts of protein—specifically, up to 1.27 grams per pound [2.8g/kg] of body weight a day—damages healthy kidneys. - Alan Aragon from Mens Health Online
