Can anyone verify this;

Protein dosage research published in the 2009 American Journal of Clinical Nutrition concluded that,

Ingestion of 20g protein is sufficient to maximally stimulate MPS (muscle protein synthesis) after resistance exercise. Dietary protein consumed after exercise in excess of the rate at which it can be incorporated into tissue protein stimulates irreversible oxidation.
