1 boiled egg has about less than 8g of protein
General rule of thumn, 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight, so i'm guessing at least 120g
so yeah, you're gonna have to eat like mad if u dont have shakes... definitely not easy
lots of eggs, milk, tuna, chicken breast etc etc etc
