Can someone rate how is my pre-workout diet and post's?

PRE: Hydroxycut Hardcore Pro Series shake (16oz)
POST: Whey Protein shake (6oz)

Do i have to add more like oats intake before and after work outs? Thanks masters smile.gif

I just starting to use the hydroxycut, felt more energetic when doing workouts. Actually I have this meal plan do guide me on this okay?

Breakfast: 35grams oatmeal with hydroxycut shake 16oz water
Meal 2: An apple
Preworkout Meal: hydroxycut shake 16oz water again
Postworkout Meal: Whey Protein shake
Meal3: 35grams oatmeal with banana
Dinner: A spoon of rice, veges and meats.

I am thinking the input of my whey protein isn't it too little? Can you suggest me more? Appreciate biggrin.gif
