Finally have some time to post here...it has been a while...finally I have successfully changed my flx fuel delivery system from a returnless to a return type. The work needed was more demanding and its by far the most tiring DIY I've ever done and the amount of phone calls, running back and forth to hardware shop, hydraulic shop. It was a great challenge. But in the end it is doable. I still a few issues to iron out especially the fuel injectors pressure and duty cycle that needed to have some thinkering to do. On the dyno I got optimum whp at 5 bar pressure (originally I thought it was 6 bar which I was wrong) with this pressure the entire AF ratio is from rich to stoic until redline but then after a few phones calls I was told stock 1.3 injectors can stand a max of 4.5 bar any higher I'm stressing the O ring on the injectors and the nozzle. Which will cause the injectors to fail overtime. Then it was time to go back and retune the pressure down to 4.4 bar with this setting my mid to redline will be a bit on the lean side and i won't get optimum whp. I've tried putting in SR20 injectors but they were longer and hence I can't fit the fuel rail back onto the intake manifold so its a fail trial..

So I'm now RnD over again to find te suitable fuel injectors to replace the stock ones so that they can take higher pressure and in the future can handle a higher Duty cycle when I drop in a management.

I've been asking and thinking why my AF ratio is so lean in the beginning then I was told be ause I've did PnP which causes the leaning issues...

The fact is

1) When I was about 90kg, at my height, despite driving a BMW328i, no the girls didn't come and wreck open my door and pull me out when I reach the valet parking infront of disco. Nevertheless, when i start to pay, open bottle by bottle and filled up my tables, you'll see usually my table surrounded by the most chicks.
2) When I was so fat, so fugly, and short. I was chasing after a girl whose 5'7, look very pretty. My school mate hire a hit man to falcon punch me, well what they never expected was, the girl came to rescued me. She rode a motorcycle and send me to the clinic, I was happily having my arms around her waist.
3) Few of our college mate managed to get in touch with my tall girl's housemate, they successfully bid the highest sub-rental and move in together in the same house. To found that the girl is moving out the next day. You wanna guess where she moved? Ofcourse you know, to my house.
4) After many years, I've been mentally/sexually abused by that pretty girl, she was bored with me and decided to leave me for a Hongda Civig guy. I met my waifu that time when I was hurt so badly. Frankly, I didn't know her colleague was chasing after her that point of time. I was just asking(more like blackmail) my waifu to treat me dinner at BurgerKing. Guess what, we're having fun watching moving after the Burger dinner, and her colleague was waited at the other restaurant for a very long time. Well, apologize to him as people usually switch off/mute the phone in cinema, and ofcourse the phone remain mute/off at the pub after the movie, and nobody sleep in a boy's house with her phone suddenly ring at the midnight.
5) As I happily married many years, ayam not only fat, short, ugly and now old. Let's not forget I've been mentally/sexually abused by the pretty girl before my wife, other then that a several offspring/1malamberdiri activities, and also being my own waifu's slave. I recon that I need to do something to myself before my wife gets bored with me and go find a Honda Civic guy and ditch me and the kids. I am losing my own esteem, getting less confident by the day.
6) A series of diet program from hell being applied on myself. I managed to squeezed my originally XL body all the way to an S size slim fit shirt/pants. As I was very happy and will not hesitate to selfie my body, now comes the trouble. My colleagues/friends all came to say, Dave you look so much cuter before I went for diet. CUTE in the meaning of UGLY BUT ADORABLE. And now, I'm short/ugly/thin and looked malnutrition. Even my Malay clerk says, Aku prefer En.David muka bertembam punya masa. I told to myself, I rather people think that I'm sick, but will never let people laugh at my fatness anymore.

Now that I learn, it's never about how fat, ugly or how short I am/was. It's how annoying I can be I can now go infront of my colleagues and show off my slim body, and these female friend's husband is in trouble! I often heard of their husband's complain during family outing. Usually is something like "Funk you David! Before you went on diet, we live happily ever after. Until recently u had your success in slimming down, my wife never once cook a full course dinner!!!! My football match pop corn gets hidden. My beer has been given to the neighbors, what left my 1/2 bottle of syrup concentrate is also being pour to the toilet and flushed! I HATE YOU DAVID!!!!"

Well put David, what you say is quite a reality.
Years ago in my car industry days I was told of a chap whose engine was smoking excessively, so the workshop decided to fit a replacement engine, after that was fitted they found the auto transmission was no longer operating properly so they replaced that too. Then after much head scratching it was determined the real fault was a failed diaphragm in the vacuum modulator for the transmission, so the customer ended up copping a $3000+ bill over a $30 part, and the real tale was kept from him.
I have personally found a bad wire on a friend's fuel cut-off solenoid on his carburettor that a year earlier had cost him a fortune when a mechanic  failed to diagnose it and did the simple thing by sending it off for a unneeded rebuild, jiggling the wire was all it took to decide the problem but remember tradesmen do tend to be better at lifting heavy things and smoking than most other pursuits.
I like to do all my own work.

We used to have a very Chinese looking guy squat under the tree reading newspaper in the morning before 8am. Regardless of the queue, he will only start work after 8. He doesn't have much machine, did alignment with ropes & mirror ONLY. Guess what, 90% of his customers are cab drivers! He do not do alignment for "damaged" vehicle. I had once after waited long hours for my turn, he put the mirrors up, did a rough measurement with his ropes, then with his frown face I ady guess that something is not right. He squat & have a rough estimation, passenger lower arm front bush/sway bar bush on the passenger side/driver side tie rod end need to be changed before he can do my alingment, saying do not want me drive the car out after alignment & come back complaint the car aint driving straight. FOC for diagnose! Normal alignment is RM8. No camber adjustment allowed, but will attempt to use hydraulic jack to repair any bent suspension parts to straighten the car. Only onwheel balancing available @ RM3/piece.

manyak bad luck today. want start car and go out, suddenly car cannot start. crank crank until cvt light will pop out every time crank more than 4 seconds.
ingat battery hal, try jumpstart same shit. call proton we care, say need tow to service center. diu.
luckily call kurnia, they send one mechanic come and help. again crank and crank and crank nearly 30 minutes, den only start.
say probable cause is cause car stationary few days didnt start, hence black oil naik up not sufficient to the lifter to allow complete cycle to crank and start.
also maybe also because since few days didnt start, black oil all bawah, 10w30 much thinner so want crank time also not enuff go up.
     
at the end of the day all is settled. belanja mechanic cigarettes.   

oh. Unless you mau top speed become 130kph only, don't put straight muffler. 4-2-1 will shift the power towards more pick up. Top speed will be reduced (for me it reduced 5km/h).

last time still using stock exhaust system reach 160 only. 

right now just change straight flow muffler only for cosmetic hehehe 

then want to increase top speed, should i stick with the stock 4-1 extractor and s-flow muffler? top speed still 160 and dashboard shaking      of course change muffler not much increase the top speed.

haaa?!! not satisfied with mine. using stock also can reach 170 yo. so then performance exhaust can reach what?

My BLM manual when my car not in high rpm then i hit all the oil then engine have some weird sound but it will gone after high rpm, what is the problem?

mine was outside wall. the cracks does not look obvious but when inspect, there is. not on one spot but there's bunch of it. both front left and right tyre have crack. back one ok
no choice. dun want to take risk and savings also not much, i go change cheap tyre
