Yes I bought Daisy new but it was built in feb 2013 then has an Aussie compliance plate of april 2014 but I have to think the coolant has already had over two years of service.
Daisy is what was marketed as a S16 FLX GXR, the GXR being the top range level, or at the time I suppose the bottom level as well as Daisy must have been about the last S16 sold here. Daisy has leather seats, CVT, reverse sensors which I like despite seldom hearing them, ABS and traction control which are gov mandated here now, the S4PH 1.6 engine which I'm a bit ambivalent about as I sense the 1.3 may be the better variant, radio controls on the steering wheel and USB MP3 input for the wireless which thankfully has the AM band, something I've noted is becoming rare on aftermarket units, alloy number 14 wheels with thankfully a full size spare that's becoming rare these days, air conditioning but that's standard for all cars these days. I bought Daisy in Sept 14.
I prefer the name Saga over S16 so shall usually use Saga for Daisy, sometime in the future I'll likely buy a Saga badge and plonk it where the S16 badge is.

Having seen her perform with the legendary Tony Bennett I have no qualms about that.

Not just about CVTs but new technology must be littered with well tested and proven new ideas that have been mangled by the inertia against learning something new and different.
If the shop stuffs up then the product gets a bad name, often undeserved.
Despite the horror about CVTs here I actually sought one and thus far happily have no qualms about it, it's always in the right gear, regardless of how you drive it's always in the right gear, always. Old style autos can be a pain with gear changes, and manuals though being able to keep them in the gear you want, do require some work to do so, and work is a four letter word I'm not fond of.

It seems things have changed fairly radically over a couple of decades, now non-manual variants have the vast bulk of sales but 20-30 years ago only the cars with massive USA heritage sized engines were mainly auto, smaller realistic sized engine cars from euro and asia were probably mainly manuals back then. A large part of the change may be a girlie thing with many women abhorring the thought of a clutch, plus I suppose a few men like me are getting old and lazy, or like me have bad knees, but sales are solidly autos these days.
Dunno about the K1w1s but I suspect they're going the same way, at least they've been blessed by not being hindered by subsidising their own car making, and possibly as a result have vastly more freedom in what can be imported, whereas for donkeys years vast oceans of government money have been poured into retaining a car making industry which has mainly propped up massively engined RWD cars that are aimed at a market that moved on years ago, they even missed the chance to find a niche world market, at least the waste will end soon.

okay, i found a ketuk shop at usj1 area, repair my problem for rm180 or less, include spray the whole panel till back wheel arch, not just affected area.

They're very good, and the Ford Falcon's (at least the 6 cylinder ones) are likely better but the average family that were pitched at 50 years ago has changed and they're more suited to a niche market than a general one. Australia is a land of strictly enforced speed limits now so the open road is more suited to the lowest power car on the road as these very powerful cars, I had a Falcon a few years ago and it was painful having to control boy instincts and just plod along, it's far more fun to have less power and be able to play with it a bit. Another factor is 99.9% of our population is crammed into busy cities which naturally have tight parking bays, something that's no fun with these RWD monsters.
Police here would have a ball if they could be transplanted to Genting Highland road for a day, plenty of $1000 fines to be dished out if it was under our rules

Agreed. To top that, every engine has slight difference in terms of balancing/fitness/valve tension. Your car could be 6250rpm, who knows n3w is at 8000rpm

Mine somewhat stuck at 6k rpm. More than that maybe happen if I downshift from 5th at high speed. I just dont kinda like the long range difference between 4th and 5th, rpm drop quite significantly. Do you pump the accelerator when you upshift? When you clutch in.
