After reading all the replies, I regret for signing the 5 ~> 10mbps package with another 2 years bond.
+1, I'm facing massive lag accessing china's site too. Online shopping, download dramas and ehem stuffs.

which vpn are you using?

i tried a couple of free ones. it works good when connected but they break often, so not reliable.

u can google to find them.

actually, i m still looking for a stable one.
