Indeed, both EW and SPS are progressing very fast in this context. Ecohill announced the AgilFence for their GnG, still awaiting EW to announce their security system instead, CCTV with wall fencing?   

EcoMajestic shall allocate some space for school as well.

If will be good if such arrangement can be realized:

Ecohill 1 - Tenby international school

EcoMajestic - Chinese primary / secondary school

Ecohill 2 - A college or university...

Paiseh, if I have better sense of direction I probably can tell it better. But perhaps you can try using the Waze to direct you to EM and see which roads (including the alternative road) suggested by the apps.  So happened I used Waze that day as I was late and try to reach EM using the smoothest ways.

haha.. yeah, really amazing ... even waze also choose the Ecohill Link now if want to reach EM from Tesco Semenyih, no more Jalan Semenyih..  Can show how important it is..   

Imagine after the Ecohill link is completed, it will reach directly from Lekas, totally skip the Jalan Semenyih.. I think during that time waze most likely will not show any "Jalan Semenyih" route anymore, everytime also "Ecohill link", if not choosing the "skip highway" option.     

Currently in Lekas Semenyih toll, outbound have 4 counters, 2 cash lane+TnG, 1 TnG only and 1 Smart tag, inbound have 5 counters, 3 cash + TnG, 1 TnG only and 1 smart tag.

If one day Ecohill is with full occupancy, I think this will not sufficient anymore..

Hope SEH can build another Setia Walk at the Commercial Land behind shop lot. During CNY event, I got accidentally hear Mr Koh (SEH deputy GM) tell someone that they already hv planning on that land and may bring in concept similar to publika or setia walk..haha

I saw this ad 1-2 weeks ago....btw, Mr Koh mentioned 30% cheaper on the school fees compare to Setia Ecopark 1. Dunno applicable for all or just ecohill residence...

Maybe a smaller scale Aeon could be inside the so called 'SetiaEcoWalk?

If dun hv Aeon..I dun mind to have parkson in SetiaEcoWalk lo..😜😜😜

I more prefer chinese primary school at EM although I not yet getting married..haha...Private School is too costly for low income ppl like me..😛😛😛😛...

TKJ, u agak agak bila boleh VP for Merrum.

I went to Merrum show house to take measurement. So, I sembang sembang with the sales guy there...they say parcel 1 - Pilosa will be first to VP among DSH around Jun-Jul. So, I ask bila Merrum can VP; he gave vague answer. Could be parallel or could be later. They may do 1 parcel of DSH and SD or 1 by 1. 

Thought of buying some kitchen appliances before GST. But now    pening..later warranty period wasted.
But alot of sale now; the GST amount can use to buy extended warranty. I calculate2; looks like better hedge now.

I buy for own stay lo; just do revaluation if need to refinance. 
Not selling.
