Can I do system transfer with just the sd card?

Man, I thought I was done for. Luckily I can still navigate through the menu but it's hard. Need to really push the screen and at certain angle. Thanks. I guess I'll charge up my old 3ds.

As stated in above title . Will Japan 3DS XL work with Malaysian 3DS XL cartridge ? Previously , I have Europe 3DS and I tested with my local 3DS cartridge , it didnt work because of the PAL - NTSC region issues . Now that Japan is NTSC so does Malaysia , will these two systems able to function ?
