I don't know if this is the right place to post a topic on a book's availability, so feel free to move it to a proper place if it's not.

Years ago, my father bought a couple of The Sayings of Zhuang Zi books. Although I didn't get the appeal at first, I soon found out about how there is some wisdom found in the books. This had gotten me curious in looking for the other books by Tsai Chih Chung, specifically the ones published by Asiapac Books and has an English translation.

Basically, Tsai Chih Chung is a Taiwanese who made books that have illustrations on Chinese literature, which is something I really admired. His other works also include Confucius sayings, Lao Zi sayings, and Madam White Snake.

Last year, I wanted to find the books to buy, but when looking for ones sold in Malaysia, they appear to be either sold out or out of stock. Even Asiapac Books' website doesn't list any of the books.

So my question is, are there any places where these books are still for sale?

Thanks for reading.

I checked that place, and they only have one book that is available (https://malaysia.kinokuniya.com/bw/9789971985677), as in not out of stock or out of print. Now asking if it's available or not.

If not, I might have to find another way.

Thanks for reading.

Alright, I got two books from Kinokuniya, thanks to my father since he was at KL (so he could pick it up).

In addition to the "The Sayings of Lie Zi", he also got the book on Han Fei Zi since he also happened to see it around.

Right now, I asked if Asiapac (the publisher in Singapore) has books, and it turns out they have them. It's just that now they haven't listed every book that's still around, so I'll wait and see how many are available to order.

Thanks for reading.

I am reposting to say that I bought 11 books directly from Asiapac Books in Singapore. Due to their Chinese New Year discount, I got them for a bargain. However, I have a slight regret in not ordering two more available books.

Thanks for reading.

Nice, can you give me their contact, or the person you were in touch with? It is better to get in touch with someone who has handled the case rather than explaining everything again to another person.

I contacted Asiapac's customer service. You can get the email address from their website: http://www.asiapacbooks.com/index.php/contact-us

By the way, the person that I communicated with was Lim SB. Maybe if you refer to him, he would respond.

Thanks for reading.

Hi. I am also looking for Asiapac books. Is there any offer now? If buy more, got discount?

I don't think there are any offers now. As I mentioned in a previous post, there was a Chinese New Year sale when I bought my batch of books (which is of course already over), which was 30% off from any book.

As far as discounts in buying more is concerned, I am not sure to be honest. The last time I bought from them, there is technically a discount since I payed less than the actual total (the person I contacted told me how much to pay for), but then again, I bought books that cannot be searched for in the main site. Maybe you could ask them and see.

Thanks for reading.

Hi,

Anyone has seen Tsai Chih Chung book around KL?
Check MPH, Popular and Kuno, all already no stock.

Awaiting AsiaPAC reply.

TIA
