Follow this guide, it worked for me. I was experiencing the same problem last night after I flash everything through fastboot.

It drains hella lot juice out of the battery. I had it too, but I tried to clean flash everything through fastboot again this morning. I only restore my apps, but not the settings. This is like the third or fourth time I clean flash already. Because for me, clean flash and restore everything will only bring back the same result. My System UI drains the most, even after disabling the Google Play Services bug. It makes my Ambient Display pulse non-stop and it kept my phone awake all the while. Almost went mad for this. Just look at the screenshots.
