Well, the brochures in MV handed out in the last few weeks mentioned new Nintendo counters opening in "Cheras Selatan" and "Queen's Bay". Stated as Opening Soon.
Your call.  But at least you know if it aint open yet, it will be soon |

Yes still there. Unless miraculously all of them sold out in one day, and last I saw there were at least four copies.
