QUOTE(Pr1me_Minister @ Oct 26 2006, 09:18 PM) And here's some good news for you all....at least for J-card member. 16th of the next month is J-card Day. There'll be some promotion for the goods here + big screen TV showing trailers and TV spots assembled by me. I think I'll go borrow a J-card from somewhere to see whats up next month |

You really cannot judge the game is ori or not by the box. (Though that box looks exactly the same as the one I saw at MV)

Well, keep in mind that I only saw it, but I didn't buy it. You might want to ask the others who bought it to double check.

Looks like the game selection is rather slow in updating.
I believe Harvest Moon DS is RM179 IIRC. |

Maybe I'll buy Pearl also. But can't read too much Jap
Oh, ashchia, you have to keep in mind you can't transfer your english ver pokes to jap D/P. So unless you want to get a headstart over everyone in terms of Shinou dex, it's not really good. |

NDS can play GBA games, retains all functionality of the GBA games except multiplayer, which you need a GBA SP for.
The DS Lite has 4 adjustable brightness levels, it's smaller and sleeker. The DS has only 2 levels of brightness (off, and on), and it's bulky. |

The extra feature being the adjustable lights and size?
I can't say anything about the size (your call), but keep in mind for the DSL, even the lowest brightness setting is even brighter than the DS. Oh, I forgot to mention that the DSL has a way higher battery life. The fat DS only has like 6-7 hours battery life if you keep the light on (and you probably have to, if you turn it off, even under sufficient light it's difficult to see). The DSL has more than 10 hours of playtime if you keep it to lower brightness. |

QUOTE(shards @ Nov 16 2006, 09:31 AM) I saw this sohai working at the Nintendo counter showing off to a small kid that he couldn't buy the latest pokemon fire red. Why? Because the sohai already bought it. He even took it out and played the game in front of the kid. How come you are so sure he is "showing off" rather than he is playing the game on his own? Are you someone that doesn't like him?He could be standing there and playing his own games, and demo-ing to the kid that game rather than "showing off". I find your post very offensive to the said person. You just assumed that. Furthermore, IIRC: There's Pokemon Leaf Green on the shelf. He could be trying to sell that. Which is 99% the same as Fire Red except the version exclusives. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Turnmoil: They sell neither of those at the counter. Perhaps you could go there and ask whether repair/servicing of your GBA is possible or not This post has been edited by Phoenix_Cypher_K1: Nov 16 2006, 10:41 AM |

The 3 demo units had Cooking Mama, NSMB and Nintendogs. So...I don't think so?
