didn't receive anything, just suddenly saw this charge in the statement. all of us who reported don't even know what kind of service zepto provide actually. don't know why they are able to charge us without our approval. so you better check your statement from time to time, line by line. lol...

can try report to mcmc http://www.skmm.gov.my/ if no positive respond from Telco. How can a 3rd part charge you without your acknowledge.

yeah, if you google and check the complaints received in maxis forum, everyone is curious how this zepto can simply charge without their acknowledgement. and what the reply from maxis is simply just escalate the issue from individual complaint and nothing else.

at onexox, we blocked all ads and promo from premium no (5 digit sender)...tac from bank is excluded

not sure about others' case, but for my case, i never receive anything from 5 digit number. this charge just appeared in my statement out of nowhere and i was not being informed/alarmed earlier at all.

this is a new case, just started to happen 1-2 months ago. until now it's still not solved, with more and more people reporting it everyday. be careful and check your statement line by line.

few days after i reported to maxis, zepto called me and said will refund back the amount to me. but will take 4-6 weeks time. so long to go, maybe they try to make me forget so that they can also act like nothing ever happens. lol...
