During morning and evening when office peak hour, super jam lorhh... to exit kesas hearsay need 30-45minutes.... if they can built a flyover direct link to kesas then maybe can hike up to rm700psqft larh!...or else... hmm..highest rm500+- psqft that also slowly sell for 2-3years duration i guess...
Even parkland itself the occupancy rate still low..
