My wife just took delivery of a V-Spec HRV on Monday. So far the ride is nice and comfy.

Btw, can the headunit play video from USB drive or Android phones (plug in via USB)? I plugged in her Samsung S8+ into the 2 USB ports - the headunit cannot detect it. The USB ports also not charging the phone.

Thanks for the info. No, charge symbol not indicated when plug in the USB. So my wife just use bluetooth.

On the other hand, how to adjust the colour of the centre ring colour? Read the manual there is some customisations can be made to the multi-info display and other things like auto headlight auto off duration etc. but can't seems to find the way to change anything. There is an * stating these settings are not available in all models though, so not sure whether actually Malaysia HRV V-spec cannot change anything.

thanks for the info, will try tonight. So when you only turn on the power of the car without on the engine, the whole dashboard will be black out except only the ring colour light up, right?

Of course wait for facelift if u are not in a hurry. Unless there is tempting offer from Honda to clear old stock. Heard from the SA, facelift is only headlight only (maybe backlight too, i m not too sure).

But personally i like the current version headlight better.
