Why don't you provide them a written step-by-step guide? Saves your time and energy. Make a policy and get approval from top management, they won't be bothering you again.

Another idea is to setup a PC/server containing all the pst files. Then setup individual profile based on the PST. After that, anyone can view via Remote Desktop or other virtual methods.
Limited to 1 user at a time, but it's not every hour that all staff need to view the pst files right? |
