Does anyone know if eco templer clubhouse membership is also open to outsiders (non-setia residents), but to those living close to the area?

If yes, what's the membership fee like?

How is the traffic to KL or to your workplace?

Really like this development but not familiar with the area and very premium pricing for an outskirt leasehold project

Went to gallery and still got sold out unit suddenly open for sale. 😁
Nice area, not sure when the selangorku house will be completed to increased the traffic

Yes honestly it’s really peaceful and just in the nice mid way before Rawang, and not that far off from KL at all

Biggest issue for me is the only access to KL is Jalan Kuching

If there was another way to go to KL without having to go to Rawang, and by pass Sungai Buloh then it’ll be perfect
