Does anyone know if eco templer clubhouse membership is also open to outsiders (non-setia residents), but to those living close to the area? If yes, what's the membership fee like? |

How is the traffic to KL or to your workplace? Really like this development but not familiar with the area and very premium pricing for an outskirt leasehold project |
