I have embarass history.

First time using BT Official without doing portforwarding (i didn't know i had to do it tongue.gif), very slow

Second time, using Shadow Experimental, still the same (i tot i could do it without forwarding port but -.-)

The first succesful experience was ABC, then follow by Azureus (which used to be very good), Bitcomet (don't really like it actually) and uTorrent currently

plz help , how to make bitcomet can read chinese seed?
*
I think Bitcomet has no problem reading chinese torrent for unicode

If it's not unicode, you either need to use Chinese Windows XP or Microsoft Applocale to launch your uTorrent.

i've forward the port each time i did not satisfy with the speed but still the result was like error..

bitcomet and bitlord's download seems fine and ok..

If you're sure that you've done port forwarding correctly, have you ensured that uTorrent.exe is in the allowed list in your firewall settings? It might happen that firewall is blocking utorrent from sending/receiving data with the forwarded port.

Previously was using Azureus but it slow down my PC (100% CPU).  vmad.gif
However, now I'm unable to browse the internet after a few hours (>3) on utorrent.  Anyone can help???  I'm using Aztech 600EU.  rclxub.gif

I'm using Bitcomet 0.70
Funny when I minimize the window, my download speed can reach 60KB/s, when I maximize the window it kept on dropping until 20KB/s or less.
After I minimize it to taskbar the download speed gain higher and  reach 60KB/s back. New feature?

Does not make any sense to me. Sounds more like a co-incident

I'm going to shut down this thread since people are more interested in opening individual topic for each client instead of making use of this thread.

I've completely dumped Bitcomet, currently using uTorrent (for local trackers) and Tuotu (for some HK contents)

Though I'm using a 1mbps line, it's very hard to get >100KBps of speed for a single task.

hmm juz went utorrent site .. how come got 2 files ? whats the diff ? stand alone n installation ?
*
No difference basically.

Installation - just like your usual installer. It's being installed in the standard Program Files folder

Stand alone - no installation needed, juz exe. The benefit is, you can save it in your secondary partition/hard drive, and it's unaffected even after you re-format your OS
