Unethical Marketing Strategy, Friendly reminder

that day u telephone me n complain with high suara. the next day u telephone me again to said sorry to me and bought again two units of G1/4" Temperature Sensor Stop Fitting - Black.
right now create Dispute pula.
The fan no sticker ≠ Not Genuine of San Ace, and 2nd hand.
Fan no other accessories = due to industry grade fan. Sure u r 1st time purchased industry grade fan. Because normally u purchased Computer Fans with accessories included.
The Radiator = some area is 12 FPI, but some area is 10FPI ≠ Not Genuine of Coolgate G2 radiator (u try to tulis "A" 100 kali, then u can see some of your "A" ada besar sikit, and some of "A" ada kecil sikit) (u check your fans speed, sure all ur fans speed is different frm each other, even all fans is same brand and same model)
The Fan and Radiator that we sold & you purchased is a high performance product with good quality. We are confident on the products that we sell. If you are really dissatisfied or unhappy with it, you are welcome to send it back to use in proper condition and packaging to avoid damage. The Fans and Radiator shall be in 100% original / good condition like how it was when we sent to you. And we will refund you with below condition:
- Most products purchased directly from niclasteoh can be returned up to 15 days from the purchase date. Unused/unopened items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Used/opened items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
- To return, please also include a copy of the original invoice.
- Returns are subject to the approval of a manager; niclasteoh reserves the right to refuse merchandise that is damaged, missing, or incomplete. (This includes products that may not be in their original boxes, or do not include packaging, or other material.)
It's useless to say anything more after our few session of communication. Just return and refund would do. We offer this happily and wish you will be happy after this.

Hi to all fellow of LYN member, jus to share something that i had discover recently, have anybody wonder why there is only a picture of one side of the the fans above tread?, well it is only made known to me that my 'San Ace Fan' that i had bought from niclasteoh is a second hand item or in marketing term is called 'refurbished', ONLY after I had received it and it doesn't come with anything else other than the fan itself......and not to mention no warranty as well........
But did anybody see a note says THIS IS A USED/REFURBISHED ITEM anywhere????.........wonder why, surely it is not cheating.......i would guest it is a marketing strategy
....... and it cant be connected to any normal fan extender in the market, as the connector is a non standard 3/4 pin connectors. Jus to let everybody know, he also sell the proper connector (which is indirectly the issue is known to him, and no where in the tread stated, another example of a good marketing strategy) but at separate price.........don't forget different postage fee apply.
I had bought several other "Genuine" item from him but also doesn't come in Genuine box and warranty.
.......i also would like to attached or share a pic for my newly "original" coolgate G2 radiator........which it suppose to come with 10 fpi (that is Fins Per Inch refer to link below) i might be wrong, but feel free to count how many fins is there for each inch regardless which ever row you are looking at, may be 12 or 13 but non 10 fpi for sure..........
end of the story.......frankly, i cant really say the fans that i bought is actually a San Ace fan since there is nothing to indicate it is a "San Ace" fan, same goes for the radiator thou both item look alike the said item, but of course no refund policies always apply........Just to share my experience with everybody so you wont get confused on "ingenuity" and age of your item upon received.......at the end of the day the best excuses he will tell you thing happens........
i would like to ask the moderator to look into this matter seriously as it would affect integrity of other genuine parts trader, this "marketing strategy" is not healthy and unethical, seriously now i had doubt the originality of all the items he is selling....thanks
To sum it all, this thread is opened with the following objectives :
(1) To tell other members that a lot of thing/info was kept hidden in the treat (e.g warranty, age of the item) until you purchased it and received the item. It is unethical way of selling/promoting your item
(2) To tell other members that the "original" item you bought from the seller doesnt come with the "original" warranty term, think before you made your purchase.
(3) To demand an explanation as why "original" coolgate G2 radiator doesn't comply to the original specification as published in their web? is it a defect/reject item?
(4) To demand an explanation as why the seller failed to mention the "San Ace" fan unit that he is selling is refurbished unit in his tread.
(5) To demand a full refund for all the items mentioned above if the seller doesnt have a valid reason of why.......things happen????
