Thank you and I really appreciate your reply to my complain, but i believe you have something to explain to your customer and may be future customer before they end up like what happen to me, something has to be clarify before buyer commit to purchased your item. if you care to re-check your record, you will surely find my name several time already and i had spend so much on your items, i have been your loyal customer and always trust to deal with you undoubtedly. Even after this dispute i m still buying parts from as you mention above. the issue here, please refer to my objective of this complain as below
(1) To tell other members that a lot of thing/info was kept hidden in the treat (e.g warranty, age of the item) until you purchased it and received the item. It is unethical way of selling/promoting your item
(2) To tell other members that the "original" item you bought from the seller doesn't come with the "original" warranty term, think before you made your purchase.
(3) To demand an explanation as why "original" coolgate G2 radiator doesn't comply to the original specification as published in their web? is it a defect/reject item?
(4) To demand an explanation as why the seller failed to mention the "San Ace" fan unit that he is selling is refurbished unit in his tread.
(5) To demand a full refund for all the items mentioned above if the seller doesnt have a valid reason of why.......things happen????

- What 1st time or second time purchaser got to do with you NOT MENTIONING "REFURBISHED FAN" in your threat??..........OR are u trying to tell me, that i should have known that all item you are selling here is REFURBISHED/USED/SUBSTANDARD PARTS???? ..........something like Made In China kind of part?????"The Radiator = some area is 12 FPI, but some area is 10FPI ≠ Not Genuine of Coolgate G2 radiator (u try to tulis "A" 100 kali, then u can see some of your "A" ada besar sikit, and some of "A" ada kecil sikit) (u check your fans speed, sure all ur fans speed is different frm each other, even all fans is same brand and same model)"
- 2-3 extra fin per inch is 20-30% error rate, this is extra copper fin the manufacturer giving away for free, do you think there is a manufacturer will make such an error??? for a computer parts????.......... - please include this in the term and condition as well,.......for the returned item, customer will be penalized 10-20% for not knowingly bought used/refurbished/2nd hand/non original packaging item fm niclasteah- To return, please also include a copy of the original invoice.

I m aware of the fan as an industrial grades product (non retail), but since you are the only retailer offering such an item (not even frozen cpu has it avail), even if you quote me rm100 per piece i will surely commit and pay u, because i trusted you. But please advice/notify me or any other customer for this matter, before hand that the fan he/she/they are buying a refurbished unit. i have never argued in regard of any other item that i had bought from you before. But upon receiving the fans (4 units) which non of it got any sticker or any marking indicating it is a SAN ACE fan, would automatically trigger anybody (or may be a 1st time user like me) something is a mist. As a customer, how can I be sure you are sending me the said product at the first place? Furthermore, I m not asking for the extra accessory whatsoever, but i m in full hearted trusted you, that the item that i had bought from you is genuinely new. But disappointingly it is totally not the case and it doesn't come with any warranty, as all the fans has been tested prior delivery......... may be, how do i know? To add to the whole issue, the connector which been fixed to the fans also doesn't comply with any common 3 or 4 pin connector in the market, yes it would be able to be plug in to any mobo, but are you aware of the cable length that attached to the fan? ....then only you are offering an alternative solution in which will indefinitely incurred your customer expenses and precious postage/transit time.
I honestly admit, yes the fan does performed VERY GOOD to EXCELLENCE, but from my perspective, as a common customer, day to day computer user, 1st time purchaser........ how can I be sure it is a SAN ACE fans in that condition, unless the refurbished status was informed/explained much earlier. But why was it NOT BEEN STATED? at all? if it is not CHEATING, tell me what should I define it???..........and it is non retail product, how can i identify it for sure? care to explain......old timer!!!
to make it clear for everybody, i personally spoken with niclas via phone conversation, yet he did not mention of the refurbished status of the fans. how hard is it to say it ???
I m not going to return the fans jus to get penalized (10-20% deduction + postage) for something that was never told, but if anybody ask me, honestly only God and niclas know weather it is a SAN ACE fan.......try to ask him what model number la.......
Same goes for the radiator, you can jus put a note there, FOR EXAMPLE ONLY......the product doesn't come in original packaging, since my uncle own the factory, he had quote me a very special low price (since you Malaysian are generally low baller)....it will only be pack it in plain brown low budget boxes, non retail box....the box alone will double up my cost mmaaa............ fair enough for me and another half population of the world.
But now, again, as I mentioned above, no marking, no stamp seal, no manual, non original plain brown box, how is this 1st time buyer (which paid RM475) would know that I m getting the said product. The best solution, compare info with what i can find of......hence...... the fin count, the packaging......that is all, and surprisingly it also doesn't comply to the manufacturer spec.........the sole reason why i bought it at the first place, 10 F.P.I, we chat about it, correct me if i m wrong???
Please do advice me if you do have any other alternative/option as a benefit of the doubt........how would i know for sure it is a coolgate G2 480mm radiator???
Again, i leaved it to the fellow forumer to consider and make their own decision, i m only trying to explain to them what was not been told to me before i had made the purchase, i do believe they have their right as your future customer. I am sorry, i m not here to spoil your reputation as a trustworthy retailer, but as a customer/buyer/ 1st timer have a right to know.
If any of the forumer would still prefer to deal with him, i m not going to stop you from buying anything that LOOK ALIKE so and so brand, you has been told, thank you...Happy New Year
p.s. I m not shouting at you, sorry for my hi tone..........but i was really dissapointed after all the trusted dealing with you, no hard feeling.........words like, i m sorry that i forgot to mentioned.......would definitely help to improve the situation, rather than..........things happen......
