I am OK to VP without CCC, since it has been stated in the SPA and most commercial properties or non schedule-H has this issue.

This is so ridiculous :
1) VP letter is NOT sent by AR registered mail....
2) HH issued VP letter informing key collection BUT the funny thing is buyers are not encouraged to take key till CCC issuance...
3) No statement of account was generated or attached together with VP letter BUT HH staff says she can generate the clearance letter to buyers since no outstanding....
4) CCC is targeted in Jan19 if buyers believe lah
5) LAD claim letter can submit to HH BUT.....Again...HH staff HH says mgmt wants to meet all buyers....
Conclusion, make me vomit, heart attack and faint while dealing with their staff.
