Non schedule spa is not governed by hda and its non standard. Developers can draft the spa to their advantages and nothing u can do.

Yes if delay they are subjected to pay you LAD
But
They can vped the unit without completing it. How do you clain LAD?

Difficult to claim LAD for non schedule property.

Everything needs to go thru civil case procedures.

Meaning more expensive legal fee n longer duration for hearing.

Any buyers here bought non schedule propety b4 such as empire damansara and city?

Am sure they can share the experience of how unsafed the building was.

I wont be sirprised thaf after you get yr vp, they will ask for all the keys to be returned to them and say you cant move in until 6 mths later.....my wild speculation here.

Not only ho hup....in fact every developer....bcos without buyers they are nothing.

But in biz some made it some failed....fact of life.

Moreover this is opis. Hda law doesnt apply to how ho hup uses the fund they claimed from buyers

I believe ho hup was owning the entire landbank incl the pavillion bj land.

Due to debt issue, they swapped the land with cash for pavillion but still retain a portion for their shoppe development.

They also sold a small part to revo developer

Macam empire story lah.....ho hup never a credential company....
