So tempted to get either white or orange. Hopefully the home button far more better than lifeproof, so plastic.

few reasons you get static shock,

1. You in aircond room.. your body build up static through your clothes, especially wool and cotton type.
2. Your body size, normally bigger size will have higher chance to build static
3. iPhone 6+ body is aluminium, so it's normal to feel some shock especially touching it while charging

thanks for the advise...

bro, are you really sure it's static shock?

do you feel the shock only 1 time (only once, when you touch the phone)
or all the time (you touch once, kena static, you touch 2nd time, 3rd time still got shocked)

i'm asking because you've stated 'while charging'..
static may also be present when not charging/plugged-in,
since the phone is statically-charged up by various movements.

if you experience the static shock only when charging up,
try these :

1. try another charger (loan other charger from friend/family).
2. try charging the phone at another place (instead of at home, try it in the office).

because it may also be due to improper grounding for the charger.

I've seen my friend use the Ringke FUSION transparent bumper.

I gotta to say it does feel good on the hand and does provided extra protection to the phone since the TPU will be able to absorb the shock if ever you drop the phone.

Another bumper that is quite similar to the Ringke FUSION is the spigen bumper. You should be able to get this locally. i've seen a few GS sellers carry this model of bumper.

Not really. It just means the grounding for your socket is gone or damaged. Get yourself a quality socket like a Belkin. I had the same issues with my iPad back then before changing to a Belkin smile.gif

And please do it soon, as a lack of grounding can damage your iPhone

It's not static

I think poor grounding n some electricity leakage

As suggested by others, try other cable, PowerPoint or charger plug.
