I am applying permit from MPSJ for renovation. The renovation involves extend backyard, extent the side near the front door.

Here are the charges:
1) RM2800 for draft man
2) RM300 for retrieving the CF by official
3) RM1800 for submission to MPSJ

I have been told that there is no refund from the payment above.

Is that normal?
