I am planning to renovate my new intermediate terrace house in PJ, could you advise me the following items and your chargeable fee for the local authority plan submission?

1) extend back yard include bigger kitchen
2) demolish some walls
3) relocate one toilet at ground floor
4) extend the car porch pavement
