Dear All Sifu
My uncle would like to extend his zero-lot bungalow to the back boundary. currently there is a set back 10ft. However, due to the approval guideline from MBPJ saying that there must be a set back of 10ft. Do anyone know is there any other options we can sort it out? thank you very much |
