hey i need some help..
before this, i was playing my game fine..
but now all the sudden, i cant save my game anymore!!!!
when i press save game, it'll prompt the saving screen, but after a while the game will shut down and got application error msg. it says an error file has been generated.... help wei. how to play if cannot save..
it happened a few times b4 this.. but last time, when i played the game again and try to save still can.. but now, i tried playing and saving for three times, but the damn thing will still shut down and my game wont get saved!!!!
please help!!!!!!!

Guess your saved file or the game file is corrupted. Try loading one of the backup copies. After loading it, try to save it into another name and see if the problem still there. All the best buddy


As for my Arsenal, 3rd season after taken-over, I'm given 40m pound (I have 5m pound left before ending 2nd season). I believe my squad is complete and not planning to buy but with 40m pound in the pocket... I just afraid the board will hairdry me for not purchasing world-class players later


As for tactics and players (or coaches), since this is the first time I'm playing FM07, I prefer exploring it myself. Those players I bought, I only use my scout to find them out. As for the tactics, I tried to copy real-life Arsene Wenger's tactics ya, trying to be the second AW So far so good to me

Rule of thumb when applying your tactic:
Do not change your tactic too often and too drastic, and try your best to use the same group of players. I found out that FM07 emphasises on the squad unity. Example, most of my players like Gallas so I try to play him all the time

what do you mean back up copy? i dunno if this is what you mean but the game i'm playing has (backup) in its name.
so evrytime after my game shuts down and i try to reload there will be another (backup) added.. so now my game is called XXX(backup) (backup) (backup)

just trying my best to "copy" his tactic like not playing wingers (my wingers run inwards to the attacking middle), attack through middle, short passing, aim target man "run onto ball", counter attack, Fabregas & Rosicky as playmaker etc... it's nice to watch when you play short passing

when you click on "Load Saved Game", there are 2 more filenames similar with your orginal saved game... IINM, it's something called xxxv2, xxxv3.

Possibilities

1) u CHEAT. u alter the database or use FMM 2.1.1 to change the players rating. btw if a person plays with cheating i wonder why he plays in the first place..football is all about challenge
2) ur RAM is not enough. *though this is less susceptible because u can play the game early on*

Solutions
1) go defrag and do scan disk to fix the bad sector of the HDD
2) go to run, type rgedit and go to HKMM LOCAL something like that delete the registry of sports interactive fm 2007

firstly, no i didnt cheat at all.
secondly, this only started happening after i deleted what was in the lnc folder.
inside there was 2 folders. one called all which had 4 files.. and the other was called jpn which had 1 file.
my friend told me to delete all the contents of the lnc folder, to correct the names of the german and dutch national team players.

oic, if you have deleted some files, it's beyond my knowledge to help... if you wanna try, backup all files in the saved game folder and reinstall the whole game...

OMG, my Man Utd has been recorded a lost for the past few months, Assistant manager keep on giving new contracts out which worth 40mil in 4 years or something. Any idea how could i increase the income?
