Found this training file which helps to improve your player's stats and fitness. It is divided into def, mid and striker. Still need to tweak according to ur choice though.

The best way for training
- divide into different blocks like GK, MF, young MF, Att MF, def, young def, wide def, striker and forward. - make sure that the young players are not overworked. - hire AS MANY WORLD CLASS coaches as you can. they are free and only have to pay for wages. |
