4. DETAILS OF BONUS AIRTIME REWARD PROGRAMME

4.1RELOAD AMOUNT AND BONUS AIRTIME. Subject to any provisions contained herein, you are entitled to Bonus Airtime in the amount of RM 5.00 (“the Bonus Airtime”) under the Bonus Airtime Reward Programme when you make the following reload(s ) in your Account:-
(a) a single reload in the amount equal to or in excess of RM 20.00 (“Threshold for Entitlement”); or
(b) accumulated number of reloads having a total reload amount equal to or in excess of the Threshold for Entitlement; or
© a single reload in the amount which achieve multiple Threshold for Entitlement in which case the Bonus Airtime of RM 5.00 shall be granted to you in the equivalent multiple, but in no event shall there be any grant more than the maximum amount of RM 25.00 Bonus Airtime at any one point of time( See Clause 4.8 below). Therefore, any single reload which is more than amount
of RM 100.00 would only entitle you to a maximum amount of RM 25.00 Bonus Airtime.


4.2CREDITING OF BONUS AIRTIME. Upon achieving Threshold for Entitlement stated in Clause 4.1, the Bonus Airtime shall be automatically credited to your Account.

4.3VALIDITY PERIOD OF BONUS AIRTIME.The Bonus Airtime is valid for a period thirty (30) days only from the date it is granted to your Account. Where your Account has Bonus Airtime and paid Airtime, the Bonus Airtime will be used up first prior to use of your paid Airtime.

4.4FORFEITURE OF UNUSED BONUS AIRTIME.The Bonus Airtime which is unused within the validity period shall be forfeited without any prior
notice.

4.5NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE BONUS AIRTIME.The Bonus Airtime granted to you under the Bonus Airtime Reward Programme is not refundable or exchangeable for cash or any other means, or transferable to any other user or account.

4.6USE OF BONUS AIRTIME.The Bonus Airtime may be used for voice, SMS and internet Services.

4.7RELOAD OR AIRTIME AMOUNT EXEMPTED FROM BONUS AIRTIME REWARD PROGRAMME. The first reload made into your Account after
activation of your SIM card or your Account is exempted for consideration in computation of the amount for achieving the Threshold for Entitlement
under the Bonus Airtime Reward Programme. Only the subsequent reloads ( i.e second reload and subsequent reloads) will be considered in
computation of the amount for achieving the Threshold for Entitlement. Further, no occasion of any reload, or Airtime Amount already considered
or not having been included in consideration for achieving the Threshold for Entitlement but being partly within any occasion of reload which
has been previously taken into account in computation of the Threshold for Entitlement resulting in grant of Bonus Airtime shall be considered
again in the subsequent computation of Threshold for Entitlement.

4.8LIMITATION AND MAXIMUM BONUS AIRTIME. There is no limitation in the number of times you may be granted the Bonus Airtime provided always that you have achieve the Threshold for Entitlement in accordance with the provision contained herein. However, there can be no more than RM 25.00 of Bonus Airtime granted at any one point of time [See Clause 4.1© above].
