location, design, EM definitely better

only two ways to enter EF according to SA, going through Semenyih town, or taking Lekas to Ecohill, then need go through Pelangi Semenyih and allll the way down the road to Semenyih town (about 17 mins from Ecohill Lekas exit taking into account the traffic in Semenyih town)

meanwhile highway access to EM less than 5 mins can reach already.

Of course investment wise, EF better than EM, in Broga, beside Notts..

I dislike the laminated wooden flooring that comes with the houses in EF on second floor, EM punya the tone nicer, much nicer.

Ebony Lane's default ground floor tiles are the same crappy ones you get from Cradleton ground floor, terrible, scratch-prone tiles.

Hearsay his son has a unit in EM, it will be super cool also if his son can move into EM lah...

Yeap, if following the google street map.. So the west side of the land shall have the HTC and cemetery, that's why all the housing developments are in the east side.. Not sure how far away though...
