my friend threatened the developer staff with potential legal actions as he has a lawyer fren which taught him to do so... haha... the developer staff immediately arrange for defect repairs the next day....

well.... u have to think its the matter worth to escalate or not on the developer side... such small thing as defect repair... if the developer side also wan use their authority in such a manner... then nothing big can get done anymore... everyday dealt with all these kicik miao lawsuit not easy also....
