how is everyone dealing with the random power outages , tenant always complain. luckily already sign contract so they just gotta bear with it. But i wish they wouldnt stick that notice in the lift, think prospective tenant come look at unit will not be impressed

still got a few units unsold , but should all be sold by end of the month

Airbnb quite many in zizz atm
Just encountered a group of 7 adults (foreigner with rented Alphard) in the swimming pool area Now so far I think is limited to block A and B Wondering if airbnb more lucrative for my Divo unit or straight rent out. |
