The place is interested for me cause it is nearby my parent house plus MRT facilities, I can take both MRT either to One Utama or KL. However I hear many negative comments on the developer wo then how ah?

Plus price consider cheaper for me, even with Duplex unit. Sometime good location, good facilities but with poor developer also another problem. So beside The ZIZZ what else has the same new property but good developer to introduce?

Beside The ZIZZ @ Damansara North, I also visit other new property mainly are service apartment and new condo like Subang, Puchong. I am curious many of them show overwhelming response that leave only a few unit can choose, but outside ppl always say poor economic situation right now and no one interested on buy property with extra 6%.

I am wonder it is true that our economic are so bad and why still people has overwhelming response on buying property? Or does developer tell us something is not truth that they fill up their people to buy property, making fake image that we are thinking the responses is "overwhelming" . Seriously I am looking a hse to stay not to invest, I am afraid I will stay together with those foreigner worker or black ppl from Africa country later.
