Other level corridor doesn't look so bad (the MEP services). This is probably the worst case scenario. Pity the owners that purchased this floor.

How is the rental here now? Saw lots of rental ads in Mudah varying from 1000 - 1450. Achievable? 

Yeah obviously One Damansara is closer to MRT, better located with some nearby shoplots.

Price and size is also better.

But then I think the management is not really that good at OD. You can go and visit there, the visitor entrance and carpark is awful, almost like a PPR flat. The guard booth is even uglier. Wonder why should a good property like this is not being maintained properly.

Not sure about the facilities etc as im not an owner here, but seriously considering to buy one at Damansara Damai.
