I bought a microwave and try to cook chicken breast. Around 3-4 min the meat is fully cooked, is this a good option for the long run? The taste is superb, I just used bbq source..

She saw this news regarding bad of microwave on newspaper lol ive done that in lab and i remember there is a HK show that had debunked this myth tooI thought information from newspaper was quite reliable? when the microwave is running, the radiation is high, once you stop it, even if you put the detector at the middle of the microwave or cucuk into your food, the reading is just normal background radiation reading **i managed to find the video, its in 學是學非 season 1 EP 3 http://www.56.com/u57/v_OTY5NDQxMDI.html if the link doesnt work, google that video and find for other link that works |

How about the assertions in the following article? if you're worry about the radiation when operating it, just put a timer then go to your living room, but most of the microwave complies with the FDA law that it needs to operate under a certain level of radiationQuestions on his credibility aside, was wondering if any of the assertions / sources quoted in his article have been refuted? http://www.huffingtonpost.com/dr-mercola/m...r_b_684662.html if you're worry about it breaking bonds and changing chemical structures/ bonding of the compound in the food, well, grilling the meats also produces heterocyclic amines which can cause cancer, unless you decided to cook them at a particular temperature which the meats veges and eggs is gon taste like well i understand that all the microwaved food is dehydrated, taste like shit, but water molecule still turns into vapor in any form of cooking/ heating, its just diff amount, with microwaving, its too dry to taste good so i just got a heat convection oven which cooks as fast( i think even faster) and taste better just in short, microwaved food is not dangerous, its just slightly less nutritious |

This is followed by stir-frying, and then by deep frying. So for health purposes, steaming > stir frying > deep frying > barbecuing / microwave (altered compounds of microwaved food vs carcinogens in bbq) ? |

Lol just use it. It's not like it's a tiny Chernobyl cooking box or whatsoever filled with uranium 238 with the half life of 4.5 billion years .
