Relative recontracted for a router upgrade and got a TP-Link EX510
Anyone know the password for using it with the Aginet app?

the usual credentials work on the web ui, but the app doesn't even ask for a username, just password and the ones I've tried don't work

Did you ever get the correct details to login to ex510?
Before this technician gave me this details

username: maxis
password: maxis12345

oddly the webpage only asked me to login with password only.

a few days later, login page with username/password, so I tried the same details and still cannot login

Anyone know if I could just reset the router then it reverts back to this login?

password: router serial number

I just got a call from maxis, apparently the username starts with capital A for

Username: Administrator
Password: serial number router

You’d think they could’ve updated this on their homepage

I just installed my maxis fibre 30Mbps.

I notice it does not connect to IPv6.

Do I need IPv6?

did u speedtest while using their router?

sounds like you are using Wifi?
might be old N Wireless Wifi card inside your device being the bottleneck

what device is this?
if pc, screenshot wifi card in task manager/device manager
if phone. give phone model

Your ont and router got replaced?

Use lan cable and do speedtest. If still cannot reach near 100mbps, call Maxis to reconfigure your speed profile.

Usually Maxis speed upgrade takes a bit of time. I experienced the same too last year.
