Mine is Taman Sri Sinar, segambut.

I had the same problem since last Monday. They schedule the technician to come over today, just hope that it will be fixed. Made some noise with their customer service and instead of prorate, they are compensating me with additional mobile data to cover the usage during the 8 days downtime instead.

Just want to ask, anyone here uses Maxis One Prime?
Which modem did they give and how the backup 4G SIM works?
Thinking to register next week together with my Maxis One Plan 98.
*
I'm using Prime, the backup 4g for me is actually a USB dongle with a Sim card inside. However, when I tried unplugging the modem from the router(to simulate) fiber down, the 4g dongle does shows the status as connected but I can't access Internet. Not sure if it's a configuration problem or not cuz the installer that gave me the dongle says no configuration required. Should be plug n play.

Gonna call them up to make it work hopefully

Oh ok.
And what router did they give you?
The same TPLink Black modem?
And how about the internet speed?
Great so far?

Black TP Link router model:C5v with built in antenna

Internet speed were ok for the last week but it's having some issue today. It's maxing out at around 1mb . Called maxis and they say network problem.

Another thing I noticed is I think they remotely updated the router firmware or config. Previously, LAN gateway was 192.168.1.254 and suddenly this morning while troubleshooting the gateway changed to 192.168.2.1 automatically.
