My current plan is 30Mbps for RM139. If I wanna upgrade to 100Mbps, do they need to change the router?

Yeah that's the online form that I've submitted many time. What kind of acknowledge receipt did you get?

I got a "Thank you for your submission. We will contact you within 7 business days".
