No problem now, works perfectly as usual. Just keep in mind changing to a better router is recommended.

The supplied tplink router not good enough?

In maxis supplied configuration, its unstable
Disable IPv6, disable unused services, change the default subnet to something else
I've had it running well after performing all that

Noted, thanks for the tip. Previously was using the old Dlink router (white and orange) with my Unifi. When change to this Tp-Link, felt like a huge difference in speed and range but if can up the performance even more, why not, hehe.

I got a weird automated call on maxis fibre cordless phone saying my account will be banned in 2 hours for illegal usage. Is this spam or something i should be concerned with?

The number look suspicious, just ignore.

You may clarify with maxis by call them, they'll double check for you.

Is netflix being throttled on maxis fibre? Nf on my maxis 300mbps is blurry and awful quality but so damn clear on unifi 30mbps at my in-law place.

You can check with fast.com
That's directly testing with Netflix servers.

Do change the DNS too. Maxis one is terrible. Use Google or cloudflare one for quicker browsing

With Fast.com, very fast speed but i feel like my NF is running on SD rather than HD. I called NF and they deny throttling but unable to fix my problem. And then i called Maxis, very friendly and helpful guy but he also unable to help me.

What i did last week was bring my android tv box to my in-law place who are using Unifi and the quality was really good, just like watching HD channel on Astro. Sigh, really dunno what to already.
