Your request to upgrade your plan from Maxis Fibre 300Mbps to Maxis Home Fibre 500Mbps is unsuccessful as equipment swap is required which is subject to 24months recontract as per T&C. Please call us at 123 if you would like to upgrade your equipment.

Got the speed upgrade but never reach 400mbps when speedtest. Max can go 350 plus.
