But Maxis Fibre on NGBB will have slightly lower latency (2-3ms) than Maxis fiber on TM Infra (HSBA) but difference is too small to be relevant to be frank

The service is almost the same. Just that Maxis seems less congested at night if you browse/download from international sites.

NBGG is Maxis own infra, TM is called HSBB. How I wish NGBB available in my area.

No, Maxis can use TM Infra, or deploy their own Infra, which is referred to as NGBB

NGBB is Maxis's own infra, TM is not related or involved in it at all

If you currently use Unifi, chances are that your area is using HSBB.
