Maxis is riding on Unifi line, so they are basically the same.

With the same price, of course people will choose Unifi for its faster speed.

So basically is due to pricing issue la...
Coz noobie me considering to jumpship into Maxis due to the offer 6+2months free... If u all jumpship away not mainly due to service/line, then i jump in saja

I've changed from Unifi to Maxis home fibre. Used unifi since 2008 until 2023.
Package 300Mbps with 6+1 months free. Monthly about RM 91++. Choose free gift - SVI Cloud 9S TV box

Hopefully this one better or similar in terms of speed with Unifi 300Mbps

Tried to call up Maxis at 1123, want to try my luck to get offer for my Fibre upon contract ended.
Keep trying different option/selection, yet all still routed and answer by bot-operator.
Any advise which option to choose, so that I can reach a live-human-agent?

Choose report technical / fiber fault. Then human agent will assist you.

No luck, tried all options, 99.99% of it (is there a 0.01% chance for me? yawn.gif )are bot response mentioning sending me whatsapp link and ask me to click the link for further step.
I tried for live chat at the Whatsapp, its human agent, but giving official replies. Requested them to arrange a sales person to contact me, yet getting official answer saying please refer to maxis site for latest promo.

Will sign up for Unifi and request for port out, hope there will be a real Maxis sales person contacting me for a good counter offer, else, bye Maxis, come back 2 years later.

To speak to customer service (home fiber), follow this ->1 2 1 2 2 0

Thanks, managed to reach a live agent. But sad case, same giving me official answers, ask me to refer website and will not arrange any sales person to call me. Say sales team will automatic call me if there is any promo.
So, applied Unifi, see if any counter offer when i submit of port out request.

Hi mates,

I am getting a call from this random number 03-23013425 claiming that she is from Maxis and offer me to replace a new maxis fibre router free of charge.

The thing is my router is the same new router from official website : KAON AR2140 Maxis Certified WiFi 6 Router

Is there a new router model that I am not aware of or its a scam call?  sweat.gif

I got a call from 03-2859 4401, same claiming from Maxis and offer to replace new router, but contract 24 months.
Shoot her off asking what newer model she can offer, she mumble n say got la got la. I tell her i only wan promo/offer upon my contract end and she say this not her job.
