Hi all! biggrin.gif

I just started body building 3 months ago, following Jim Stoppani 12 week shortcut to size program. I'm also drinking ON Pro Complex Gainer which is 1 after workout and 1 before bed but that's it, no other supplements.

Is my gains okay?, started from 52KG and now I'm 64KG, I'm 168CM.

Hope sifu sifu can help me with some noob questions below: notworthy.gif

1) My tummy is getting bigger and I know it's natural part of bulking but really makes me emo and discourage cry.gif - Should I continue with ON Pro Complex Gainer which is a weight gainer or should I switch to whey protein shake? I'm thinking of switching to ON Gold Standard Casein + ON Gold Standard Whey combo.

2) I wonder foods like mee, beehoon, kueh teow all these bad? I know rice is bad because of sugar, I started eating brown rice already. But breakfast sometimes I eat like won ton mee, kueh teow soup, mee rebus etc which is very bad right? If eat outside like hawker, you guys usually eat what?

3) I got go supermarket buy oats, milks, wheat bread, avocado, what other food do you suggest to buy at supermarket?

My diet right now consist of

Breakfast:
3 eggs (with yolk) + 2 ham + 1 bacon

Lunch
Milk + cereal + oats

+ Weightgainer

Dinner
Chicken breast / Spagetti / Steak

+ Weightgainer

1. Calculate your required daily caloric intake.
2. Calculate the amount food you consume.
3. Make sure that item no. 2 > no. 1. Which means you eat mote than your body burn.
4. BUT... Make sure that you dont eat excessively. Eat max of extra 20% from item no 1 would do it.

Looks like you have absolute zero nutrition knowledge.

First Read this article:

Then MAKE SURE read my old post here:

Understand what each supplement do for you instead of buying without any knowledge about that product.

Mass gainer is mass gainer. Whey is whey. Pre workout is pre workout. Understand what you really need only buy it. You can't use whey to replace pre workout.

do you actually read how much calorie per serving at the package?

an average serving per weight gainer can easily hit 1200 calories. which mean you can literally survive by just drinking around 1 and a half servings of weight gainer everyday with out any extra food.

I can see your food intake is pretty much ok for lean gain, you might want to slightly increase your protein from natural food such as an extra canned of tuna each day.

ditch your weightgainer.

and wheres your veges???
