They also will have funny fairs like

- bridal fair
- japanese fair
- pakistan fair
- IT fair
- autocar fair
- business fair
- franchise program fair

Last mth, business franchise fair, i saw ecoworld selling prop in these fair.. lolz..

It depends.. if pakistani fair.. shudnt be much lo..

If iprop fair, and u take the middle entrance like wad spsetia and ecowolrd like to do, then will.be 50k++ lo

MV only charge event organizer /operator..

Actually many malls are sprouting up.. but many of them cannot churn volume..

Malls like atria... also cant spike up.

Encorp at kota Damansara looks like going to be white elephant..

Quillcity mall also susah..

So far new mall tat i see ok is

Hmm. Maybe because i always go to F&B outlet only..

Albeit the F&B + food corner all push to the top 2 floors (which normal mall doesn't practice), people still willing to go up and eat..

But Nu sentral target market for F&B is slightly different. They are targeting the working employee surrounding that area. So if u want to eat, please walk up..

I know BTS dont even have food court then.. and F&B are scattered..

But even for now, F&B still quite scattered.. just that the major change shift of BTS might be because of
- closure of imbi
- sg wang tenant coming over
- setting up 1 IT place
- berjaya university college (this is major force)
- add a few lift

This is at least what i see...

Actually.. every time i walk at 3rd floor Mid Valley, the pavement sometimes will give a heavy shake... I dunno if i am feeling it alone, or some one also felt this shake?

but boleh pakai one only a handful.. and the boleh pakai one will always boleh pakai, while tak boleh pakai will have a tough time to crawl up to become boleh pakai...

The shake is very random.. and only 3rd floor got such shake at the pavement.

I had think alot of times, and I come to a conclusion that the best possible cause might be the a heavy car that go pass a ramp at the multi level parking bay attached to the side of the mall (the parking bay for easy access to cinema and gym)

those small metal ramps... when car sped thru and bang on it.. very loud.. maybe the tension created from there transfer into inside the building?? Again, i am noob in civil engineering.. Haha.. If that is not the cause.. then that is scary also.. even if it is from carpark also scary.. as long as shake, it is scary.. scared the pathway will collapse down 1 day..

Honestly.. i would skip pavreit.. looking at the poor performance of newly launch mall...

I cannot recall any new mall tat can reach success level.. except for ioi city putrajaya. I think the rest are floating fishes only.
