Why does the price of REIT matters? Why must be around RM 1? rolleyes.gif

Is a RM 1.XX REIT cheaper in VALUE than say a RM 3.XX REIT?

What id your term for 'proper' dividend? How much is enough? tongue.gif

And lastly.. how long is your LONG TERM? 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, 5,10,15,20 years? tongue.gif

Know your criteria before you invest. nod.gif

Hi gark. Looking at 10 yrs. Div avg more than 5 percent is good enough. Looking at those rm1.00 just to start a portfolio going as a start budget allocated around 3k. Probably every quarter will dump 3k into the portfolio.

as gark said.. it doesn't matter what price the REIT is going for..
if u invest RM3K, its still 3K.. you just get different no. of units.

if the return is 5%.. u still get RM150.

1. 10 years check..
2. Divvy > 5%.. almost ALL reits qualify
3. You can start a portfolio with RM 1 or RM 10 REITs it does not matter, still not understand why the fixation to RM 1 shares? whistling.gif
4. Which REIT do you want to pick and WHY? icon_idea.gif

Question 4 is the most crucial analysis to jump start your REIT investment.. list of ALL MY reits all below.

Hapeng. Yes I understand that it is the numbers of share I will get. Gark. For a start rm1 share just to get more units where I can split for 2 or 3 nos of company to diversify a little if like wise company div nearly identical.
